About

We build the system, then hand you the keys.

Flowstant is an AI automation and software studio. We build the agents, automations and internal tools that let a small team handle the volume of a much larger one.

Every engagement is scoped in writing before anything is built, and the scope is deliberately small to begin with, so the cost of being wrong stays small. The first working version goes into production early, because that is the fastest way to find out whether it solves the problem it was written for.

What we care about is strict logic, database design that still makes sense in two years, and systems that keep running once nobody is looking at them. Most of what we are asked for is not exotic. It is a process somebody repeats every week that nobody ever sat down and modelled properly.

We work in English and Polish, with clients across the world. Everything runs on your own accounts and your own keys, and the code is handed over as part of delivery rather than sold back to you afterwards.

We run on the same systems we sell

The outbound that fills our own pipeline, the Claude Code skills our own work runs through, and the dashboard the whole business is read from are all things we built for ourselves first and now build for clients. Screenshots below are that dashboard, the real application running on demo data.

  • Sales dashboard overview with KPI tiles and revenue charts
KPI rollups, computed rather than typed in.
  • Revenue view showing monthly revenue, revenue by source and a deal table
Revenue by source, with the deal table behind every figure.
  • Pipeline view of the sales dashboard
Pipeline stages, updated by automation rather than by hand.

What we build with

  • n8n
  • Claude Code
  • OpenAI
  • Supabase
  • Postgres
  • Next.js
  • React
  • Python
  • Make
  • Twilio
  • Instantly
  • Gmail API
  • Google Sheets
  • Telegram
  • Netlify
  • Tailwind

n8n by default for workflow automation, Claude and OpenAI for the AI layer, Claude Code for writing the software itself, and Next.js with Supabase and Postgres when something needs to be a real application. Boring, well-documented choices, so another developer can pick the work up without an archaeology project.
