How we work
You approve the scope before anything is built.
Four steps, from the first call to a system that is running. You agree the number that has to move before anything starts, and you own all of it at the end.
- 01
Define the objective
A free 30-minute call to agree on the one number that has to move: hours, response time, cost per lead, error rate. If we cannot name it, there is nothing worth building yet and we will tell you that instead of quoting you.
You leave with
A clear answer on whether automation is the right tool here.
- 02
Audit the process
We map what your team does by hand today, step by step, and mark where the time actually goes. This is where the surprises live. The bottleneck is rarely where people assume it is, and the expensive step is often the one nobody mentions.
You leave with
A written map of the process, with hours and cost attached.
- 03
Build the baseline
Nothing gets built until you have read the scope and said yes to it. Then we build the smallest version that actually solves the problem and put it in front of your team, so you are using it while the rest is still being written.
You leave with
A working system in production, not a prototype or a deck.
- 04
Deploy and maintain
It goes live on your own accounts, with logging and failure alerts, and the code is handed over. Monthly support is available and entirely optional. You are not locked in, because a system you cannot maintain without us is a liability we have sold you.
You leave with
Ownership. Accounts, code, and documentation are yours.
How we make decisions
Nothing open ended
You approve a written scope before we start, so the work has edges from day one.
We will talk you out of it
If an off-the-shelf tool does the job, buy the tool. That answer has cost us work and it is still the right answer.
You own it
Your accounts, your code, your data. Handover is part of delivery, not an upsell.
Small first
The smallest version that works, in production, before anything gets extended.
No account manager
You work directly with the people building the system, which is the main reason these projects finish.
Logs and alerts by default
If it breaks at 3am you should find out from an alert, not from a customer.
Working together
How does pricing work?
Everything is quoted against a written scope agreed before anything is built, so there is no meter running in the background. If the scope genuinely changes, we agree that in writing first.
What if the project goes wrong?
Scope is deliberately small at the start so that the damage from being wrong is small. The baseline build goes to production early, which is the fastest way to find out whether the thing actually solves the problem.
Do I have to sign a retainer?
No. Ongoing support is offered monthly and is optional. The system runs on your infrastructure with the code handed over, so you can take it to another developer at any point.
Who do I actually work with?
The people building your system. There is no account manager, no offshore team, and nobody translating between you and the work.
Bring us the thing your team keeps doing by hand.
Thirty minutes, free. We name the number that has to move, and tell you honestly whether automation is the right answer.
