AI chat and support agents

It answers from your own documents, and puts the customer through to a person the moment the question is beyond it or needs a human.

Thirty minutes, free, no deck

When this is worth doing

  • The same questions arrive every day and a person answers them every day.
  • A generic chatbot makes answers up, and one confident wrong answer costs more than it ever saved.
  • Support conversations never make it into the CRM, so nobody learns from them.

What you get

The questions you have answered a hundred times answer themselves, and the ones that need a person get to one faster.

  • Answers from your own documents, policies and past tickets
  • Says it does not know and fetches a person, instead of guessing
  • Books meetings and takes details without leaving the chat
  • Runs on your site and on the apps your customers already message you on
  • Every conversation saved back to your CRM

Chat & Support Agents: questions

How do you stop an AI chatbot from making things up?

It can only answer from passages it has actually found in your own content, and it is allowed to say it does not know. If it finds nothing relevant, the question goes to a person instead. That trade costs you a few answers and saves the trust one confident wrong answer would have cost.

Can it hand over to a human mid-conversation?

Yes, with the transcript attached so the customer does not start again. You set the triggers: an explicit request, a topic on the escalation list, or repeated failure to resolve.
