Outreach and cold email systems
Ten booked calls in 60 days, or you pay nothing
Booked calls without hiring anyone to send the emails, and without getting your domain flagged as spam.
Thirty minutes, free, no deck
When this is worth doing
- You have no reliable way to start a conversation with someone who has never heard of you.
- Whoever does the outreach can only write so many emails a day, so the pipeline moves at the speed of one person.
- Sending from the wrong address, or too fast, can put your company in spam for months before anyone notices.
What you get
Ten booked calls in the first sixty days, or you pay nothing and keep the system anyway.
- Contacts found and checked, and missing addresses tracked down
- A first line per company that is actually true about that company
- Anything that reads like a template gets thrown out before it sends
- Domains and mailboxes set up and warmed before a single email goes out
- Follow-ups, replies routed to whoever should answer, and a report per campaign
Where we have done this
Outreach Systems: questions
How do you keep cold email out of spam?
Separate sending domains from your main one, correct SPF, DKIM and DMARC records, a real warmup period before volume, conservative per-mailbox limits, and list verification so bounces stay low. Deliverability is infrastructure, not copy.
Is cold email still legal?
In B2B contexts it is, in most jurisdictions, with conditions: accurate sender details, a genuine unsubscribe path, and relevance to the recipient's work. GDPR allows B2B outreach on legitimate interest when those conditions hold. We build to them, and you should still take your own legal advice.
