Privacy and cookies
There is nothing to consent to, because nothing is tracking you.
The short version
This site sets no cookies of its own. It runs no analytics, no advertising pixels and no tracking of any kind. Nothing about your visit is recorded here.
One page, the booking page, can load a scheduler run by Calendly. It does not load until you click to open it, and until you do, no third party receives anything about you.
Cookies
We do not set cookies. There is no analytics cookie, no session cookie and no preference cookie, which is also why there is no cookie banner on any page: there is nothing to ask you to agree to.
If you open the scheduler on the booking page, Calendly loads their own software into that page and may store cookies in your browser under their terms rather than ours. That is why the calendar sits behind a button with the consequence written next to it, instead of loading on arrival.
When you book a call
The booking form is Calendly's, not ours. The name, email address and anything you type into it go to Calendly, who process it as a supplier acting on our instructions, and we receive the booking from them.
We use those details to hold the call, to reply to you about it, and to keep a record of who we have spoken to. We do not sell them, we do not add you to a marketing list you did not ask for, and we do not share them with anyone who is not involved in delivering the work.
How long anything is kept
Booking and enquiry records are kept while there is a live conversation and for a reasonable period afterwards, so that we can pick up where a project left off. Records tied to work we have actually delivered are kept as long as accounting and contract law require.
Ask us to delete what we hold about you and we will, except where we are legally required to keep it.
Your rights
If you are in the UK or the EU you can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, ask us to stop using it, and complain to your national data protection authority. Ask through the booking page and the request reaches us.
You can also take the same requests about scheduling data directly to Calendly, who hold it as well.
Hosting and logs
The site is a set of static files. It has no database, no login and no server code of its own. The host serving those files keeps ordinary access logs, in the way every web server does, for security and for keeping the site up.
Anything here you want to ask about, raise it on the booking page. Flowstant decides what happens to the details described above.
