Case study
Vinylize, the vinyl record eyewear worn by Elton John
Vinylize has turned more than 40 tons of old records into eyewear since 2004, and Elton John, Johnny Marr and Fred Durst wear it. The founder used to write every social post himself. Now his team drops product photos into a folder and gets back a post in his voice for each one, with the right subreddits picked. Instagram posts planned in his calendar arrive ready, with a caption and hashtags, three days ahead.
- Result
- 235 photos in one run
- Details
- About $1–2 of AI cost per batch

The problem
Hundreds of product photos and one person who knows how the brand talks. The founder had to write every Reddit post and match it to the right communities, and each Instagram post depended on someone getting it ready in time.
What we built
- A bot that watches a Drive folder, skips anything that isn't a photo, and writes a Reddit post for each image in the founder's voice, learned from his own posts. A photo from the Rammstein collection came back as "Built a Rammstein vinyl case. Feels heavy in the hand."
- One to four subreddits picked for each post from his list of twelve.
- Instagram posts from his calendar: every event marked in the chosen colour arrives three days early as a ready post, with a caption and hashtags in the right language.
- Hashtags that change from post to post, so the account doesn't repeat the same set.
- The bots never publish. The founder reads every post and puts it up himself.
The result
- A batch of 235 product photos captioned in one run, for about $1–2 of AI usage.
- Both bots run on the founder's own accounts.
